Compose and broadcast messages in email, fax, recorded-voice and SMS format. Create scheduled or recurring messages and automatic escalation paths for messages that are not acknowledged. Monitor the success of communications via real-time delivery reports.

Act
Track the reach, delivery and success of your messages, prepare reports and re-select recipients for follow-up messages. Request users to respond to messages sent out via the system using the inbound messaging services to integrate with promotions, work-flows or events. Use the calendar and tasks system to manage your actions and remind your users.
