As part of our full service offering, Noggin provides a range of training in the use of our software products:

• Standard training modules for each of our core products
• Customised training to suit your organisation or custom application

• Theory - explanation of the sections of the system and how they work
• Exercises - users complete step-by-step exercises that build on each other
• Scenario - users work through a scenario in the system so they understand how the system works as it would during an incident (this is applicable to the Extended User workshop or client tailored workshops)

e-learning solutions

Noggin recognises that in some instances a scalable and cost effective option becomes necessary for the implementation of training at client sites. Clients are faced with a range of factors, such as:

• Geographically dispersed staff
• Staff with little time to dedicate to training workshops
• A need to scale up to hundreds of system users in a short period of time
• Pressures to keep training costs to a minimum

This is where Noggin's elearning modules help, by providing easy to access, short modules that cover all of the system functionality in bite-sized lessons. These are standard with Noggin products, and for our bespoke systems they can be built to incorporate your specific training needs.

The elearning modules allow participants to complete the training in their own time; they can be completed at any time of the day (an internet connection is required) and they can be paused and restarted to suit the needs of staff with busy schedules.

E-learning provides real-life scenarios in an active learning and safe environment, and allows for ease and economy when introducing new or add hoc users to any system.

At times there is a need for our clients to be fully self-sufficient when adding new system users to the mix. E-learning provides an easy to implement solution for this problem, but when face-to-face presentations and workshops are needed as an accompaniment, Noggin's Train-the-Trainer packages provide you with the tools you need to deliver training yourself.
